We collect as little as we can. We don't sell your data and we don't run ads or analytics cookies.
What we collect
- On the server: your username and UUID, IP address, stats, coins, settings, chat messages and commands, and punishments. If you play without a Minecraft account, a password you choose, stored hashed.
- In the store: your username, email and what you bought. Card details go straight to Stripe and we never see them.
- In applications: your Discord username, age, answers and any files or links you send.
- On the website: standard hosting logs (IP address, browser, pages).
Why
To run the game, deliver purchases, answer support, review applications, and keep the server fair. That's why we keep IP addresses and chat logs: to moderate and to catch ban evasion.
Who else sees it
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (website, application storage, spam check), Discord (application notices) and Mojang (username checks). They may process data outside your country. We also share data with authorities if the law requires it.
How long
Player data stays while your account is active, and punishment records stay so bans keep working. Purchase records are kept as long as the law requires. Applications are deleted after we decide.
Your choices
You must be 13 or older to play. To see, fix or delete your data, email [email protected] with your username. We'll delete everything except what we need to keep a ban working or meet legal duties. EU, UK and California residents have the rights their local law gives them.
